- Enjoy the hustling vibe and chaotic atmosphere of Mekong Delta by a boat around Cai Be floating market in the early morning (about 6 a.m). Approximately 400 to 500 boats filled with fruits, vegetables, and other products were anchored along the banks of river.
- Make a halt at some local home factories which produce rice paste, rice popcorn and coconut candy.

Our organisor at Viet Prestige (Hoa Pham) was brilliant from start to finish. She designed and arranged our 15 day tour through Vietnam & Cambodia and our expectations were exceeded in every way.
