  • After a hearty breakfast, depart to Cai Be town, deep in Mekong Delta – the second largest Delta all over the world.
  • Enjoy the hustling vibe and chaotic atmosphere of Mekong Delta by a boat around Cai Be floating market in the early morning (about 6 a.m). Approximately 400 to 500 boats filled with fruits, vegetables, and other products were anchored along the banks of river.
  • Make a halt at some local home factories which produce rice paste, rice popcorn and coconut candy.
  • Have a lunch at local restaurant with Mekong specialties such as deep-fried “elephant-ear fish”, Hu Tiu (Noodles), and goby fish hotpot as well as enjoy southern traditional folk song (Đờn ca Tài Tử)
  • Then, discover Vinh Long – the land of beautiful landscapes along the river and popular orchards. It’s the hometown of the reputable Nam Roi Grapefruit, Binh Hoa Phuoc rambutan.
  • Back to Ho Chi Minh City for an overnight in this bustling city.

  • After having lunch in Ho Chi Minh city, take a half day tour around the city including the Reunification Palace, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Saigon Post Office.
